Research methods: − analysis of the impact of a shock wave on the enclosing structures of buildings; − development of methods for assessing the safe amount of explosive or flammable substance that does not lead to a critical decrease in the fire resistance of deformed metal frame structures in the event of an accidental explosion and subsequent fire; − clarification of the parameters of building structures operated at high-risk facilities; − assessment of the impact of damage to building structures of various types on their fire resistance.
