The subject of the study is the calculated excess pressure of the explosion, the patterns of changes in thermal radiation during the operation of the flare installation. The purpose of the work is to reduce the level of fire and explosion hazard of flare installations of biogas production complexes by substantiating their location on the territory of industrial facilities. Research methods: - To solve the problem of studying the explosion hazard, calculations were carried out in accordance with the methodology approved by regulatory documents; - To describe the heat transfer process, the equation of non-stationary heat conductivity with boundary conditions of the first kind on the inner and third kind on the outer surface of the casing wall is used; - Calculations were carried out by means of computer technology using the Maple program.
