Research tasks: to ensure coordination of the productivity of air cleaning of grain by sieve based on a small-sized centrifugal pneumatic sieve machine with one air channel; to substantiate the parameters of the air channel to avoid removal of full-fledged grain into waste. Increasing the volume of agricultural production, even in war conditions, is a priority task, since its solution will not only allow reliable agricultural producers to stay on the market, but will also ensure an increase in foreign exchange earnings, which is a component of the state's defense capability. Increasing the cost of energy carriers is a global trend that has been getting worse over the years. Therefore, the creation of energy-saving agricultural machinery is an urgent task for mechanical engineering as an industry. At the Department of Agricultural Engineering of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University, a design of a small-sized centrifugal pneumatic screen machine has been created, which is intended for preliminary and primary cleaning of grain and has a specific productivity of up to 3000 kg/dm2∙h. Reducing its dimensions due to the air part significantly simplified the machine and reduced its weight, however, the use of single-pass air cleaning instead of double-pass led to a decrease in productivity to obtain acceptable quality.
