Research objectives: identification of ore mineralogical associations related to accumulation conditions; evaluation of rock movement resistance in vibropneumatic transport systems; advancement of sustainable uranium mining methods; enhancement of environmental protection from ionizing radiation; analysis of quality indicators and technological improvements for zirconium and hafnium alloys. A refined equation was developed to assess the resistance coefficient of air mixture movement in pipelines and correlate ring ejector design parameters with operational performance. A mathematical model was established for vibropneumatic transportation of bulk materials and gas dynamics of turbulent jet mixing. A methodology was created to examine surfactant and explosive charge effects on fine dust particle yield, revealing charge design dependencies. The feasibility of producing 99.95% pure zirconium alloys via calcium-thermal reduction of zirconium tetrafluoride is validated. Reactor tests demonstrated that zirconium and hafnium alloys produced through calcine-thermal technology meet standards and are suitable for prolonged reactor testing.
