The developed mathematical models for assessing accident risk and the impact on public health have been integrated into the software package. The functionality for predicting the dynamics of affected areas depending on changes in meteorological and geographical conditions has been implemented. Algorithms have been developed for multivariate analysis of accident scenarios and selection of optimal response measures. For user convenience, an interactive interface has been created with the ability to visualize affected areas on cartographic materials. The software package has been tested to verify the correctness of operation, reliability of algorithms and speed. Computational processes have been optimized to ensure rapid obtaining of results in real time. The testing results confirmed high efficiency and compliance with the tasks set. Methodological recommendations for using the software in real conditions have been prepared. The results obtained have been implemented in specialized organizations and structures of Ukraine.
