Head Kurdysh Ivan K., д.б.н. Registration Date 12-02-2025 Organization Institute of Microbiology and Virology named after D. K. Zabolotny of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The aim of the study is to investigate the patterns of influence of highly effective strains of nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-mobilizing bacteria on the synthesis of exometabolites by plants under the influence of various factors, to determine the role of these compounds in plant-microbial interaction, in the formation of the composition of the rhizosphere microbial cenosis. popup.description2 It was found that growing wheat plants of the Shestopalka variety and buckwheat of the Syn 3/02 variety in hydroponic conditions in the presence of Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 bacteria in Phareus medium increased the morphometric indicators of the studied plants and the content of photosynthetic pigments chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and carotenoids. It should be noted that growing the studied plants in hydroponic conditions in the presence of Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 had a certain effect on the accumulation of protein in root exudates. When growing buckwheat plants in a medium containing Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023, the total amount of protein in the root exudates of these plants increased from 0.41 μg/ml (control) to 0.66-0.91 μg/ml. The total content of phenols in the root exudates of control plants was 1.85 μg/ml, while when they were grown in a medium containing 107 cells/ml, this figure increased to 13.3 μg/ml. The noticeable effect of B. subtilis IMV B-7023 on the accumulation of protein and phenols in root exudates was caused by these bacteria not only when they were introduced into the plant growing medium, but also when seeds were bacterized with this strain. The highest accumulation rates in root exudates of protein and phenols were determined when seeds were bacterized with a suspension of Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 containing 106 cells/ml. It was found that when growing buckwheat plants, the seeds of which were previously bacterized with this strain of bacillus at a bacterial content of 106 cells/ml, the content of rutin, sinapic acid and some other phenolic compounds in the root exudates of plants significantly increased. Thus, B. subtilis IMV B-7023 - a component of the complex bacterial preparation Azogran - causes a noticeable effect on the synthesis of exometabolites by wheat and buckwheat plants.
