Based on the results of the study of the state and trends of the socio-economic development of Kyiv, in particular, taking into account the analysis of the capital's economy during the period of martial law and the actual budgetary capacity, the Programme of Economic and Social Development of Kyiv for 2024-2026 was adjusted. As part of the work, the following were prepared: - a table of proposals for amendments to the indicators of the Economic and Social Development Programme of Kyiv for 2024-2026; - table of proposals for amendments to the tasks/activities of the Economic and Social Development Programme for Kyiv for 2024-2026; - updated version of the Programme for Economic and Social Development of Kyiv for 2024-2026;  comparative table to the draft decision of the Kyiv City Council ‘On Amendments to the Programme of Economic and Social Development of Kyiv for 2024-2026, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council of 14.12.2023 No. 7530/7571’ (Annex A). As part of the Programme adjustment, a strategic environmental assessment was carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Strategic Environmental Assessment’ and the Methodological Recommendations for the Strategic Environmental Assessment of State Planning Documents, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine No. 296 dated 10.08.2018 (as amended) and the Criteria for Determining Environmental Consequences, including Public Health, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine No. 213 dated 28.10.2020.
