The results of the research established that the maximum realization of the genetic potential of soybeans is created by pre-sowing treatment of seeds with the bacterial preparation Rhizohumin and treatment of crops with the retardant chlormequat chloride: the first - in the phase of the 3rd trifoliate leaf, the second - in the budding phase, the yield level was 2.39-2.58 t/ha. On average, according to the experiment, pre-sowing treatment of seeds with the bacterial preparation Rhizohumin increased the content of crude protein and fat in the Golubka variety, respectively, by 15.7 and 16.6%; in the Azimut variety - by 12.5 and 9.0%. In addition, it was established that the combined use of seed inoculation and treatment of soybean crops with retardants provided a crude protein content of 37.6 to 40.2%, which meets the standards and requirements of DSTU 4230:2003.
