The total volume of the scientific work is 140 pages, of which 101 pages are the main text. There are 5 applications in the work. The object of research is social relations, which determine the specifics of combating organized crime in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law. The purpose of the study is to consider the theoretical, legal, organizational and tactical foundations of combating organized crime by strategic investigation units in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law and to determine ways to improve this activity. The methodological basis is the general dialectical method of scientific knowledge of the activity of strategic investigation units, according to which the subjective and objective aspects of the implementation of social relations in the specified sphere are determined. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the consideration of problems and prospects of detection and disclosure of organized criminal activity. The main provisions and conclusions of the scientific work were made public at the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Combating Organized Crime and Corruption in the Conditions of Armed Conflict: Experience and Prospects" on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the NPU. The results of scientific work can be used in the scientific research field, law-making, law enforcement activities and in the educational process. The conducted research is a completed work in which the author's vision of the organizational-methodological paradigm of operational-investigative support for combating organized criminal activity was formulated.
