The stages of forming a strategy for the development of "smart enterprises" have been proposed and strategic alternatives that can be used by "smart enterprises" for their development in the context of international digitalization and intellectualization have been described. The strategy and tactics of digitization and digitalization of the national economy have been studied, the use of elements of the suffix tree method for generating tactical approaches has been recommended, and their relevant order has been formed through online modulation. The application of the ETC method based on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) is proposed, which allows revolutionizing enterprise management, offering advanced solutions for optimizing processes and decision-making. The following methods were used during the research: grouping and generalization, analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical modeling, bibliometric analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha model, sem model, suffix tree, graphical methods of material presentation. The information base of the research is formed by the works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of forming smart enterprise management systems. The theoretical value of the research results is the developed theoretical and methodological principles of smart enterprise management systems in the conditions of international digitalization and intellectualization.
