Continued development and addition of the information system "Biodiversity of the Nature Reserve of Luhansk of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", which consists of the original software complexes "Vertebrate Fauna of the NRL", "Flora of the NRL", "Fungi of the NRL", "Lichens of the NRL" and the database "Biodiversity of the Nature Reserve of Luhansk in Literary sources". 1,250 records of bird from the Red Book of Ukraine were added to the database of the software complex "Vertebrate Fauna of the Nature Reserve of Luhansk ". In total, data on 50 rare bird species were processed, 30 maps were created showing the points of rare species finds. As part of the creation of a database of vascular plants finds of rare species in Luhansk region, 48 rare species of vascular plants were recorded in the surroundings of the Striltsivskyi Steppe department of the reserve. Of them, there are 30 species from the Red Book of Ukraine, 19 species from the regional red list, 3 from the Bern list, 2 from the IUCN Redlist. The largest number of rare species was found in the area bordering the territory of the reserve. The lowest number of rare species was recorded on the site, which in the past was under significant anthropogenic disturbance. It was found that the floristic complex of chalk outcrops and chalk steppes is incompletely represented in the reserve. The creation of the database "Invertebrate NRL" has been started. It was summarized all known finds Emus hirtus (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) from the territory of the Nature Reserve of Luhansk and whole eastern Ukraine.
