Experimental samples of the corresponding films were obtained. Using X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, the effect of the initial chalcogenizing reagents concentrationі on the phase and stoichiometric composition of the synthesized Zn(S,Se), Cd(S,Se), and Hg(S,Se) solid solution films was determined. Optical spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the influence of the molar ratio of S-containing and Se-containing reagents on the optical transmission spectra, band gap, and surface morphology of the synthesized solid solution films.  Product Description popup.authors Hreb Vasyl M.
