Purpose of the Study: To improve approaches to personnel management and enhance the efficiency of human resource utilization in enterprises and organizations in the conditions of the digitalization of Ukraine’s economy. Research Methods: Empirical, comprehensive, and specialized methods, including abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic-mathematical modeling, observation, comparison, ranking, evaluation, and forecasting. Theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects related to understanding and defining the essence, content, goals, objectives, criteria, principles, and methods of personnel management under the influence of digitalization in Ukraine's economy have been improved. Furthermore, approaches to developing an effective mechanism for the utilization of human resources in enterprises under the conditions of the modern economy have been refined. A comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the current state of personnel management in the context of economic development and the digitalization of all spheres of societal life were carried out. The study examined the system of factors influencing the level of productivity and the efficiency of labor resource utilization in enterprises and organizations. Additionally, it investigated how these factors contribute to the formation of competitiveness and the operational efficiency of economic entities, ensuring their sustainable development as well as the overall development of Ukraine's economy. A system of methodological provisions and a wide spectrum of practical recommendations have been developed and formulated to improve personnel management in the context of Ukraine’s digitalized economy.
