The aim of the work is to update scenarios for changes in specialized climatic characteristics of the heating, vegetation and other thermal seasons in Ukraine by the end of the 21st century based on detailed daily data from ensembles of modern regional climate models. The work applies theoretical and experimental methods of scientific research in the field of meteorology and climatology: mathematical modeling and statistical analysis, systematization, generalization, structural-logical and comparative analysis based on the use of geographic information systems for data visualization and analysis. Changes in the base climate period 1991-2010 relative to the past period 1961-1990 and their probable changes in three future periods (2021-2040, 2041-2060, 2081-2100) relative to the base one under the implementation of the RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 scenarios were calculated, visualized and analyzed based on detailed data with a grid step of 0.1° from the European E-Obs database and projections of 34 regional climate models (RCMs) Euro-CORDEX for 25 climate indicators: duration, dates of start and end of thermal seasons (0°C, 5°C, 8°C, 10°C, 15°C); sums of effective temperatures and the Selyaninov hydrothermal index; average temperatures, coldest 5-days and degree-days of the heating period; number of days, average temperature, warmest 5-day period and degree-days of the air conditioning period. The previously developed Electronic Atlas of Climate Change in Ukraine has been supplemented with relevant climate indicator maps for the agricultural sector.
