Predictors of an increase in the risk of fatal outcome of patients with coronavirus disease who are inpatients were determined. The influence of systemic inflammation, the severity of the patient's condition, the volume of lung tissue damage (according to instrumental studies) on the state of hemostasis and endothelium was determined by determining correlations. The diagnostic and prognostic significance of markers of hemostasis (protein C), endothelial function (endothelin 1) and systemic inflammation (C-reactive protein (CRP)) was established for the possibility of predicting the occurrence of thrombotic complications in patients with acute coronavirus disease COVID-19.
