Ensuring the functional stability of IS is proposed to be considered as a process of maintaining the current vector of the quality of the performance of IS functions at certain intervals in a given period of time. To reduce the risks of the occurrence and spread of emergencies in critical infrastructures, it is proposed to create their information infrastructure by integrating the IS of critical infrastructure within the framework of building an unified information space (UIS). General and technological requirements for the architecture of IS of critical infrastructures with UIS are formulated. A methodology and practical recommendations for building UIS with automated formation of UIS information objects in conditions of information incompleteness and strict requirements for meeting the information needs of managers and reducing the influence of the human factor in solving multi-level information processing tasks are developed. Methods for restoring partially lost data regarding monitoring objects are proposed. To solve the problem of identifying instances of information objects (IOs) of the UIS, it is proposed to use a new proximity measure that takes into account the errors in determining the parameters of the IO.The research results are implemented in the development of distributed automated information and analytical systems for managing critical infrastructure facilities with unified information space (Central Research Institute of Armaments and Military Equipment of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine) and for building stable automated systems for collecting and processing information about surveillance objects from multiple sources to form a single situation in the interests of air defense (SKY FORTRESS LLC).  Product Description popup.authors Boichenko Andrii V.
