The subject of the study is the methodological principles of the economic justification of the calculation of the share of expenses of the KP "Administrator of the Household Waste Management Service" in the average weighted tariff for the household waste management service in the city of Odessa. The purpose of this study is to develop methodological recommendations for calculating the share of expenses of the administrator of the household waste management service in the average weighted tariff for the household waste management service. In the process of preparing the work, general scientific and special methods of cognition were used: scenario planning, analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, SWOT analysis. The information base of the study was the Laws of Ukraine, scientific works of domestic and foreign economists, practical and regulatory sources, factual materials of regional studies in Ukraine and abroad. The main scientific result of the study is a methodology for calculating the share of the costs of the administrator of the household waste management service in the weighted average tariff for the household waste management service in the city of Odessa. The practical value of the scientific work lies in the fact that the presented methodology is relevant for all economic entities and can be applied in the territory of the city of Odessa and its agglomeration, regardless of the functional use of the facility.
