Head Neimash Volodymyr B., Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 17-02-2025 Organization Institute of Physics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The main purpose of scientific research on the topic is to determine the physical properties and the main laws of formation of nanoscale objects that are formed in different aggregate and phase states of condensed matter under the influence of ionizing radiation. In particular, it is planned to study the processes of transformation of silicon from amorphous to nanocrystalline state under the influence of laser irradiation and metals induced crystallization; formation and electrophysical parameters of subnanometer vacancy-impurity complexes and clusters in crystalline silicon under irradiation with relativistic electrons at high temperatures and intensities; formation and properties of nano-structured 3-d grids of macromolecules of organic polymers during radiation crosslinking of liquid hydrogels; induced by electronic radiation formation and antiseptic properties of nano-particles of metallic silver in three aggregate states (liquid, cream gel, elastomer) metal-water-polymer composite based on polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol system; effect of electron irradiation on the formation and magnetic properties of iron nanocrystals in amorphous alloys based on the Fe-Si-B-P system. popup.description2 The generation rates and sizes of silicon nanocrystals formed during tin-induced crystallization of amorphous silicon under the action of ionizing laser radiation were experimentally determined. The kinetics of formation and annealing of the VO complex, the main subnanometer defect of the silicon crystal structure, during high-temperature irradiation with relativistic electrons were analyzed. The main physical parameters of the influence of electron irradiation on the structure of high-molecular polymer hydrogels and the formation of silver nanoparticles in them were established. The following research methods were applied: irradiation with relativistic electrons; plasma-chemical deposition from the gas phase, Raman and optical spectroscopy; optical, electron and atomic force microscopy; galvano-magnetic and photoelectric measurements. Results. For the first time, experimental samples of a silicon amorphous-crystalline nanocomposite suitable for creating new-generation solar cells on quantum dots have been manufactured. A new theoretical model of the influence of high-energy electron radiation and temperature on the processes of formation and annealing of the main subnanometer defect in the structure of silicon crystals has been proposed. An innovative technology for manufacturing a unique metal-gas-water-polymer nanocomposite with the properties of a broad-spectrum antiseptic has been developed and patented. The technology has been introduced into production by the start-up company RADITEH, together with which the medical products HYDROBINT No. 1 and HYDROBINT No. 2 for the treatment of wounds and burns of the human body were developed and certified. The license for this technology was purchased from the Institute of Physics by the VI-CUBE enterprise, which financed the development and construction of an automated production line for burn and wound medical dressings for the needs of the population and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
