The task is to study changes in the legal culture of society under the influence of technological development of the information sphere. The study involves identifying the main areas of socio-legal information through a network of libraries using modern digital technologies. The development of effective methods and means of social and legal information opens up opportunities for the transition to a new quality of comprehensive library and information products and services in the information society. popup.description2  The research work focused on the role of libraries as modern information centers in social and legal information systems. The specifics regarding scientific and informational support for lawmaking and law enforcement processes, along with ensuring multi-vector public involvement in social processes, are exposed. The research work emphasises the peculiarities of political and legal communication in the context of the globalised world and the information society. Considerable attention is paid to the informational support peculiarities of public and state requests for legal information during the war, as well as to the problems caused by a full-scale invasion. The research team substantiated the theoretical and methodological approaches and organisational scientific principles of integrated legal information resources formation and popularisation with a view to meet public information and scientific needs, filling the information space with relevant, socially significant information in response to public inquiries. An applied result of the research was information and analytical bulletins on the coverage of law-making issues in the information space for public authorities, local governments, and NGOs. The dissemination mentioned information products was carried out through online access, targeted mailing, and the provision of printed copies. The content of the projects was formed by systematic monitoring, analytical processing and systematisation of materials covering issues of wartime law, jurisprudence and humanitarian law, including foreign media publications covering Ukraine's positioning in international legal processes. These projects have added to the relevant electronic resources of the National Library of Ukraine. The ILC's website and portals offer free access to the research work results.
