This will allow to enter a fundamentally new level of machining of aviation equipment parts with the maximum possible productivity with unconditional fulfillment of quality requirements. popup.description2  An analytical review of the state of the problem was carried out, a technical task was drawn up, functional schemes of the technological machining system were developed, optimization methods, methods of research and monitoring of cutting processes according to various types of machining were developed. A general analysis of the causes of vibrations during cutting was performed. A new criterion for the stability of the cutting process in a closed machining system is proposed based on the analysis of the location of the Nyquist diagram on the complex plane. The necessary experimental studies on the identification of dynamic characteristics of the technological machining system by methods of experimental modal analysis were performed. New methods of geometric representation of workpiece and tool models have been developed for modeling their geometric engagement. A method of recognition of G-codes of the control program, selection of forming and idle movements during contour milling of open and closed contours of aviation equipment parts was created. Algorithms for the formation of digital arrays of geometric models of the workpiece based on the analysis of the G-codes of the control program designed in the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system have been developed. Mathematical support for automatic execution of relevant calculations has been created. Numerical modeling algorithms have been developed to determine the interaction of the initial tool surface with the workpiece, allowing obtaining the characteristics of the material removal rate (MRR) as a function of the forming coordinate. Mathematical models of technological machining systems with the representation of dynamic models in state variables have been developed. Mathematical models for determining the cutting force and its components during final milling were created and their experimental approval was carried out.
