In the course of the study, an attempt was made to deepen the theoretical and conceptual foundations of the development of small towns and villages in Transcarpathia in conditions of decentralization and to develop recommendations of an applied nature with the aim of a comprehensive approach to their development. The carried out clustering of small cities according to the main characteristics of demographic development made it possible to form three clusters, which has an important applied value for the purposes of implementing the employment policy in each of them. A typology of small towns in the region was also carried out according to the level of economic development and priority types of economic activity. Prospective directions for the development of industrial production in the communities of small towns of the region on the basis of innovative development, deepening of integration processes and increasing the investment attractiveness of small towns are proposed. A model of step-by-step improvement of the elements of the social infrastructure of a small town has been developed, which provides a logical sequence of management decisions, their coordination and agreement with the plans of the regional government, legislative state acts, etc. Product Description popup.authors Boshota Nelia V.
