The object of the study: brain ischemia in the dynamics of surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms. The goal is to study the predictors of ischemic damage to the brain in the process of surgical treatment of acute disorders of cerebral circulation due to the rupture of cerebral arterial aneurysms. A retrospective analysis of clinical, hemodynamic manifestations of acute cerebral circulation disorders (CCP) was performed in patients of the vascular neurosurgery clinic according to the type of hemorrhage due to rupture of the MA. Research period (01.01.2012-01.11.2023). A retrospective analysis of the treatment of ischemic brain damage was carried out. In the analysis of complications of surgical treatment, the peculiarities of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) and fluid-dynamic disorders were studied. Analyzed non-hemorrhagic intraoperative complications of brain aneurysm clipping. The predictors of fluid-flow disorders that arise as a result of hemorrhagic manifestations of aneurysms and their inducing effect on the formation of brain ischemia and its disabling manifestations are established. Peculiarities of surgical treatment have been studied. Intraoperative predictors of the development of secondary ischemic damage due to CVS and non-hemorrhagic complications of aneurysm clipping have been determined.
