The purpose of the second stage is to attract economically important oilseed crops to improve the food and biological security of the state. The object of research is the process of introducing new genotypes and creating high-yielding varieties. Development of methods for improving plant productivity and improving the biotrophic properties of the soil using silicon-containing fertilizers. The subject of research is economically important oilseed crops: Brassica carinata; Camelina sativa; Brassica napus and silicon-containing fertilizers. For the first time in Ukraine, scientific and methodological principles have been developed and new oilseed crops have been introduced into culture. 4 varieties have been bred. Methods for increasing plant resistance and improving physiological processes in oilseed crops have been developed. The qualitative and quantitative composition of lipids and other nutrients (56 samples) was assessed and the content of 22 macro- and microelements in phytoraw materials was determined. It was found that Brassica carinata oil is characterized by a high content of erucic acid (36-45%), linoleic (15.00-18.84%), linolenic (11-13%) and oleic (7.00-9.57%). It was determined that phytomass (3444-3994 kcal/kg) and seeds (5830-6331 kcal/kg) of new oil plants are characterized by high energy value. Methods for improving the biotrophic properties of the soil using silicon-containing fertilizers were developed. Methods for waste-free utilization of by-products were worked out (applications for 2 patents for invention were filed). Original technologies for the production of food products, technical and phytopreparations based on new oilseed crops have been developed (Patent UA157654, Patent UA157655 and Technological Instruction (TI)).
