The purpose of the work is to improve the quality and operational properties of parts restored with modification with secondary raw materials. Research methods - the considered modification options were studied experimentally and theoretically: by optical, electron microscopy, thermoelectron emission, local distribution of components by the degree of uniformity of their absorption in the coating. At present, the most acute problem is also the problem of increasing the durability and wear resistance of the working bodies of soil-tillage machines. This is due to the high complexity of the mechanism of interaction of soil-cutting parts with the soil, abrasive medium, which has significant hardness indicators. The external parameters of their operation have a significant impact on the wear resistance of share shares, cultivator paws and other parts: the speed of relative movement of the abrasive mass, the structural arrangement of surfaces, the presence and consideration of soil moisture. Ways to increase the wear resistance of cultivator tines are reduced to applying reinforcing coatings in various forms and continuous surfacing with hard materials, metal ceramics. When surfacing, various modifying additives are used. In this regard, the search for technological solutions to increase the wear resistance of cultivator tines by reinforcing surfacing with the introduction of modifying additives into the liquid bath is also relevant.
