Special attention is paid to the study of vertebrate species of animals, lower and higher plants, their populations and the development of adaptation measures to climate change. According to meteorological observations, the duration of the seasons was as follows: winter lasted 78 days, which was 22%; spring lasted 104 days (30%), summer lasted 111 days (31%) - the longest period of the natural year, autumn lasted 60 days (17%). The winter was warm, the average daily temperature of the season was 0.0°C, the minimum temperature dropped to -17°C. The spring was long and cold, lasting until June 3. The weather was changeable: with frosts, winds, with frequent cold snaps, sharp temperature rises in the spring, droughts and showers in the summer. According to the results of floristic research in 2022, a new botanical description of 15 new localities of 11 species of higher vascular plants and one new cenopopulation of Epipactis palustris was discovered. On the territory of the biosphere reserve, 2 new species of rare swamp plants of the Red Data Book were discovered - Salix myrtilloides L., Scheuchzeria palustris L., 2 new species of regionally rare plants Anaromeda polifolia L., Rinchospora alba (L.) Vahl. Species diversity of vertebrates covers 342 species. The paper presents the results of the counts of the number of vertebrate animals using photo traps, using the method of point counts with fixed coordinates. The Android ObsMapp application was used to collect and store information, with the subsequent import of observations into the SMART system. Maps based on accounting results were built. An increase in the number of Alces alces, Castor fiber, Egretta alba, Regulus ignicapilla (RBU) and Certhia brachydactyla (regionally rare species) was found.
