In the preliminary variety trial in the first year of vegetation, hybrid populations F1-F3 with high seed and fodder yields were selected. According to the dry weight yield in the first, second and the sum of two mowings, the following numbers were identified in alfalfa 07 (21) and 10 (21), which significantly exceeded the weighted average standard yield by 10-12%, respectively, by the main resultant indicator.
