Work concerns on the development of experimental foundations for methods of controlled electrochemical synthesis of next-generation photo- and electrocatalysts based on titanium from eutectic ionic liquids, aimed at controlling electrocatalytic activity and selectivity in oxygen transfer processes. Research methods: stationary and cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Results: Experimental foundations were developed for methods of controlled electrochemical synthesis of photo- and electrocatalysts with various compositions to manage electrocatalytic activity and selectivity in oxygen transfer processes. A method was proposed for the controlled synthesis of multifunctional next-generation photo- and electrocatalysts from eutectic ionic liquids with specified functional properties.
