 The object of research is semantic and pragmatic, sociolinguistic and methodological aspects of learning and teaching Romance languages. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for researching semantic and pragmatic, sociolinguistic and methodological aspects of learning and teaching Romance languages, to study the methodological aspects of mixed learning (offline and online). The relevance of the study. A systematic study of linguistic phenomena in French and Spanish is relevant because it contributes to the coverage of problematic issues in the interpretation of the phenomena themselves, their essence, and linguistic nature in terms of synchrony and diachrony. The focus of linguistic research in recent years has been on the influential side of language, since the sign system serves as a means of conveying meaning and convincing one's own positions. And it is in this aspect, pragmatic and semantic, that the communicative, sociolinguistic and, ultimately, methodological side of research should be realised. The study of languages is important in these areas for the formation of prospective specialists' ability to communicate freely and appropriately in various spheres and situations of speech; to express their own thoughts, arguments and positions on certain life situations, moral, ethical, social and other phenomena. The research work is aimed at developing future novelists' professional competences, deep creative thinking, the desire to accumulate and deepen professional knowledge, and the ability to analyse and apply the results of their own research in practice.
