Reconstruction and optimization of museum botanical expositions, funds and herbarium collections. popup.description2  The object of research is vascular plants, natural regional flora and urban flora of Ukraine, their complex differentiation, structural analysis, rare component, anthropogenic transformation and processes of phytoinvasions. An inventory of the species and floristic diversity of the spontaneous flora of the Plain Crimea region has been completed (1075 species, 405 genera and 94 families). A comparative analysis of the systematic structure of the flora of the region has been carried out, indicating its sub-Mediterranean features. In the structure of the spectra of families and genera, a clear manifestation of the ecotone junction of the flora, which is located in the zone of demarcation of large phytochories of the level of regions and provinces, is clearly traced. For the spectrum of families and genera, typical features of xerophilous-ancient Mediterranean floras are observed. An inventory of the species diversity of the urban flora of Pyriatyn and the patterns of their differentiation was conducted. 933 species of higher vascular plants from 5 departments were recorded. The limitation of species to the territorial zones of the city and its coenoflora was identified. The vegetation of the Lemnetea minoris class was analyzed on the territory of the Uday floristic subdistrict of the Left Bank of the Dnipro. It was determined that pleistophyte phytocenoses belong to 3 orders, 4 unions and 11 associations. It was found that the order Utricularietalia is represented by one association, which has a tendency to rapid disappearance under the influence of succession processes and disruption of the hydroregime of the Uday River basin due to climate change and anthropogenic pressure. Local populations of adventive expansive species of urban flora of Kyiv City Reynoutria japonica, R. × bohemica and Asclepias syriaca were studied in view of the biomorphological features.
