The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa in patients with chronic somatic diseases, in particular herpes-associated erythema multiforme exudative of the oral mucosa based on the study of indicators of general and local immunity, the level of endointoxication of the body and the justification and development of pathogenetically directed therapy and prevention of diseases. Research methods: the work used general clinical, radiological, biochemical, immunological and statistical methods. New criteria for a comprehensive assessment of the somatic condition of patients have been developed and treatment regimens have been developed based on a multifactorial analysis of pathogenetic factors and clinical and laboratory indicators.
