Cytological, virological, molecular genetic and bacteriological methods were used in the research. Studies were conducted to determine the non-toxic concentration of the drug on sperm and its bactericidal effect. The (composite) was prepared and its dilution in the saline solution 1:10; 1:100; 1:1000; 1:10000; 1:100000; The recipe is according to the standard recipe ("amiksin + metisazone"). During the research, the viability of sperm batches with motility of at least 70% was assessed and the effect of the composite on sperm in various dilutions was determined. According to the results of the studies, a non-toxic concentration of the composite was determined, which was 1:100. Effective bactericidal concentration of the composite was determined, which was 1:1000. It was established that the greatest decrease in the titer of infectious activity of the HA virus (by 2.54 TCD50/cm3) was observed after its reproduction in cell culture with its simultaneous introduction into the cell monolayer in the maximum permissible concentration (3.0 μg/cm3 of nutrient medium). The maximum effect of the drug on the hemagglutinating activity of the HA virus (a decrease of more than 3.0 log2) was observed after cultivation of the pathogen in a transfected cell culture in its maximum concentration. It was determined that the composite exhibited antiviral activity against HA (inhibition of CPD, effect on infectious and hemagglutinating activity) Product Description popup.authors Buzun Andrii I.
