The object is the processes of rational environmental management in the context of ensuring energy- and resource-saving production of livestock products. Research methods are numerical modeling, parametric synthesis, optimization of technical systems, experimental planning. Modeling and processing of the results of theoretical research will be carried out using the STAR-CCM+ and Mathematica software packages. A technological block diagram of the production process of highly nutritious protein-vitamin paste has been developed, a physical model of heat-mass exchange equipment for drying fractional processing products of leguminous grasses and an experimental sample of an adaptive vibration mill have been developed. An adaptive mechatronic system for ensuring microclimate in livestock premises has been developed, based on the use of ultraviolet lamps for air disinfection, dust filters and sensors that monitor air quality parameters (hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and carbon dioxide content). The results of modeling using the Star CCM+ software package have confirmed the effectiveness of such a system by reducing energy consumption and improving microclimate quality. To optimize the process of washing milk pipelines, an automated system has been developed that takes into account the level of equipment contamination. The proposed design solutions and technological schemes contribute to reducing resource consumption and increasing productivity in the agro-industrial sector.
