The purpose of the third (final) stage of the work was to establish the regularities of axial texture formation in electrocrystallized cobalt and nickel alloys and to determine the initial data for obtaining electrocrystallized textured nanomaterials in the form of coatings with chromium alloys. The research methods used were X-ray texture analysis (automated and modernized X-ray machine DRON-2) and electron microscopic analysis (scanning electron microscope REM-106I). As a result of the third (final) stage of the research work, the following scientific effects were established: the effect of intensifying the formation of the texture of metastable modification of electrodeposited cobalt alloys while slowing down the process of polymorphic transformation and the effect of enhancing the process of texture formation of electrodeposited nickel alloys under the influence of a slight external force directed along the texture axis. Based on the generalization of the results obtained, scientific and technical products were created: "Patterns of axial texture formation in electrocrystallized cobalt and nickel alloys", "The concept of electrochemical phase, texture and structure formation of metals/alloys. Part 3" and defined the initial data for the creation of electrocrystallized textured nanomaterials in the form of coatings with chromium alloys.
