For the first time, it was found that antiangiogenic therapy in the pro re nata regimen induces a therapeutic pathomorphosis of subretinal neovascularization in central chorioretinitis and retinal angioid streaks, resulting in improved visual acuity due to the regression of neovascularization vessels and restoration of retinal structure during the follow-up period of 48 weeks. The scientific data on the severity of ciliary body damage by the transscleral effect of laser radiation with a wavelength of 810 nm with various energy parameters in the experiment were supplemented. Thus, selective ciliary epithelium damage is achieved with a power of 1000 mW with an exposure of 1.5 s (energy 1.5 J) and is accompanied by minimal disorganization of the architecture and preservation of the stroma of the ciliary body of rabbits.
