Research Subject – maintenance and repair technologies that align the characteristics of mobile machinery with operating conditions to enhance reliability. Objective – improving the operational reliability of mobile machinery by developing and implementing innovative maintenance technologies. Key Tasks: – analysis of the condition of the machine fleet and dealer service operations; – justification of the alignment of mobile machinery characteristics with actual operating conditions; – optimization of service station placement. The experience of developed countries demonstrates the effectiveness of the dealer service system, ensuring uninterrupted maintenance through mobile repair units, reducing costs, and improving service availability. A methodology for aligning machine characteristics with operating conditions has been proposed based on a conformity coefficient of specific fuel consumption. It was established that integrating a damping unit into the transmission of medium-duty two-axle trucks (with a payload capacity of up to 5 tons) reduces fuel consumption by 6.7…15.98% and increases productivity by 3.75…13.6%. A methodology for planning service operations, considering seasonal fluctuations, has been developed. Specialized software automates calculations, while optimal placement of service stations minimizes transportation costs and machinery downtime. The use of mobile repair workshops significantly reduces the time required for troubleshooting during peak agricultural operations.
