The development of numerical and analytical methods for solving electrodynamics border problems for the latest functional properties of radiating structures (not previously studied in the literature), located in coaxial and circular waveguide paths for further analysis, design, optimization and application of new types of radiating structures for multifunctional radioelectronic systems for various fields of application (in particular, military, industrial and biomedical purposes). Mathematical models of combined multi-element, multi-resonant slot radiators; multi-element antenna arrays of arc and ring slot radiators, multi-element traveling wave radiators based on a coaxial waveguide are constructed. Expressions are provided for determining the main frequency-energy and frequency-spatial characteristics of the radiators. The scattering characteristics of waveguide-slot radiating structures based on a circular waveguide and waveguides with a complex cross-section depending on the polarization of the exciting wave are investigated. Computer modeling and optimization of a polarization plane rotator in a circular waveguide have been carried out. Designs of transitions from a circular waveguide to a waveguide of complex cross-section with piecewise coordinate boundaries in a cylindrical coordinate system have been proposed to coordinate the connection of polarization plane rotators with radiating structures. Multi-parameter studies were conducted to determine the physical features and regularities of the formation of electromagnetic fields and to control their main characteristics.
