The process of obtaining a high-quality soldering connection is determined by a large number of complex, interconnected factors, phenomena on the boundary of interaction of two phases: liquid solder and solid surface of the base metal the result of which is formation of joint complexes on the basis of present components of liquid solder and base metal, growth of similar crystal structure in the process of crystallization with formation of a non-integral connection. At present, the alternative method of connection of thin-sheet galvanized steel is electroarc welding with MIG wires on the copper basis (CuSi3, CuAl8) and the use of innovative technology of controlled process of heat-treatment (CMT), which allows to significantly reduce the amount of heat necessary for reception of connections with sufficient level of mechanical and anti-corrosion properties. In its turn, the current rates of development of the majority of branches of industry and expansion of the range of products require optimization of the existing technology for connection of galvanized steel with thickness of 0,4 – 0,7 mm with layer of anticorrosive zinc coating 45-65 microns. The chemical composition, structure and, as a result, mechanical characteristics of the soldering connection are determined by the processes that flow on the interphase boundary of interaction of liquid solder and surface layers of the base metal.
