SYSTEM OF ANALYTICAL DETERMINATION OF TIME STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES The relevance of the work is confirmed by the need for a system of analytical determination of time standards for construction processes, which will provide an opportunity to assess the labor costs of workers at the level of operations and actions. Purpose of the study: creation of an algorithm and database for determining time standards for construction processes. Object of the study - technological processes of arranging building structures of frame buildings and structures. Subject of the study - methods of determining time standards and labor intensity of the processes of arranging building structures. Research methods - method of system-structural analysis of the components of structural and technological solutions for the construction of frame buildings; method of organizational and technological modeling in the formation of options; methods of set theory and method of statistical analysis in data processing; method of microelement standardization of technological processes. The main result of the research is methodological recommendations for determining labor costs and time standards for the implementation of construction processes. The methodology for determining labor costs has been improved by using analytical tools built on the basis of microelement modeling and standardization of the actions of performers of construction processes for the construction of frame buildings. The analytical tools allow determining the labor costs of the construction processes for building structures at the level of operations and actions even with minor changes in the component processes, equipment and mechanization. The process of substantiating effective solutions in the variant design of innovative technologies for the construction of frame buildings is accelerated.
