The purpose of the work is to determine the directions and tools for managing logistics systems of enterprises using innovative technologies. Review of regulatory and legal support for the application of innovations Research method – monographic; terminological; system analysis and structural diagnostics; system approach; analysis; statistical; logical generalization.\ Results – packages of educational and methodological materials (lecture notes, methodological instructions for practical and independent classes, visual aids) for professional disciplines have been developed; – researched personnel, administrative and operational aspects of logistics activities of production enterprises under martial law; – analyzed business administration processes of organizing the activities of enterprises under digitalization; – investigated the introduction of digital logistics innovations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; – the impact of regulatory and legal support for digitalization on the administration of business processes. The scope of practical use of the results is at the level of large and medium-sized enterprises, scientific institutions and other organizations in order to increase the efficiency of logistics management. Practical activities of enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, the educational process. The significance of the study is related to the further development of understanding in which direction and how effective logistics management should develop, taking into account the real military situation, as well as the achievements of scientific and technological progress and a sustainable understanding and attitude to ecology.
