The purpose of the work is to improve and increase the level of reliability of operation and efficiency of use of the airfield multi-purpose air conditioner. Research methods - theoretical researches were based on the analysis of the systems and theory of reliability of the technical systems. During work next results are got: development of general requirements for power units of mobile air conditioners installations of airfield mobile air conditioners when their use in the process of airfield technical support of aviation units; development of the draft guidelines for the deployment and use of airfield mobile air conditioners in the process of airfield technical support of aviation units.
