Registration Date 10-03-2025 Organization Institute of Philosophy the H.Skovoroda National Ukrainian Academy of sciences popup.description1 Identification of cultural foundations and factors of communication as the basis for the development of intellectual potential of society and the scientific community in particular. popup.description2  The authors define the theoretical possibilities of the paradigm of interactions in explaining the contemporary global reality, identify the latest features of the regime of one's own/other in the global world due to the difference in the cultural foundations of life, on the basis of which the global crisis of normativity and the role of historical discourses (cultures) in it are described, and the mechanism of borrowing someone else's institutional experience for the transformation of the political sphere of modern Ukraine is revealed. The paradox of existence in an extremely mobile, fast-moving world with an increasingly tangible dominance of global life formats is that a conservative strategy of cultural identity can create situations of alienation and marginalisation in the space of global coexistence. The Other becomes a constant vis-a-vis the existence of subjects in the global world (which requires a corresponding restructuring of life strategies), and alienation acquires the role of a fundamental ambivalent determinant of development prospects: on the one hand, it contains a dangerous potential for hostility and conflict, and on the other hand, it is the main resource of productive innovation. The authors substantiate the futility of the ‘balance of power’ regime in the global world and the need to develop theoretical models for resolving the global crisis of normativity, one of which is the ‘ethics of restraint’; modern wars are a pathological consequence of the lack of adequate culture, in particular the political culture of a society and its highest representatives; - in times of technological and economic globalisation, physical and communicative removal of spatial restrictions, unification of the world and external similarity of lifestyles of many communities Product Description popup.authors Bystrytskyi Yevhen K.
