The goal of the research work is to identify current management issues in security enterprises and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving management efficiency based on the implementation of IT solutions in their activities. As a result of the analytical research conducted on the existing practices of using IT solutions in the operations of modern security enterprises, it has been established that digitalization significantly impacts management efficiency, response speed, and security levels. The implementation of automated access control systems, video analytics, cloud technologies, and mobile applications allows for the optimization of security processes, improved service quality, and reduced costs. However, several issues have been identified, including high financial expenditures for technology implementation, the necessity of staff training, and risks associated with cyber threats. The conducted techno-economic analysis of the activities of economic entities enabled the assessment of the financial condition, profitability, and liquidity of security enterprises. The results obtained underscore the importance of implementing effective IT solutions and financial planning to ensure the stability and competitiveness of security enterprises.
