Purpose of work: increasing the efficiency of soil cultivation. Research objectives: to ensure an increase in the quality of soil particle crushing; to substantiate the parameters of the working bodies to reduce the energy intensity of soil cultivation. Today, the situation in Ukraine with ensuring crop rotation and careful analysis and development of measures to preserve and restore soil fertility remains quite difficult. This problem occurs due to the significant use of erosion-hazardous machinery and equipment in agricultural production, and very often it is observed at the stages of soil cultivation during plowing, the use of active units and plows, the use of heavy disk harrows and similar units with spherical working bodies that aggressively act on the soil surface. Combined implements have become widespread, allowing you to combine several operations in one pass of the unit, which is fully consistent with the concept of economical farming and resource-saving production. To solve this problem, the Department of Agricultural Engineering of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University has developed a design for a combined tillage unit that uses deep, shelf-free loosening of the soil with a chisel deep cultivator.
