As a result of the scientific research work execution, a number of regulatory documents of different hierarchical levels were developed regarding the organization and monitoring of environment radioactive contamination: measurement methods for determining the total beta-activity of air aerosols; determination of Sr-90 in soils, bottom sediments, atmospheric aerosols; methodological recommendations "Arrangements for preparedness of the network of observations and analytical laboratories to function in the conditions of radiological emergency situations"; Guideline "Monitoring of environment radioactive contamination". Part 1. "Atmospheric air", Part 2. "Water bodies", Part 3. "Soils and territories". The normative documents were developed to replace industry standards and other normative documents of the former USSR, which are equivalent to them, and are used by hydrometeorological organizations, enterprises and institutions of the State Emergency Service.
