Purpose: development and improvement of theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, recommendations and specific models of inclusive development of entrepreneurial activity as a constituent element of restoration and modernization of the innovative ecosystem of Ukraine. Research methods: the theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the provisions of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, management theory. In order to achieve the goal, the work uses the logical-dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the methods of theoretical generalization and comparison - in the formation of the categorical and terminological apparatus and determining the essence of the main definitions of the study; methods of grouping, classification and structural-functional analysis - in the process of determining the main constituent elements of innovative development mechanisms; scientific induction, analysis and synthesis - when determining the current state and main trends of innovative development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The result of the research: theoretical principles, methodological approaches, recommendations and specific models of inclusive development of entrepreneurial activity as a constituent element of the restoration and modernization of the innovative ecosystem of Ukraine were further developed within the framework of the R&D.
