The purpose of the study is to study the features of cyto-adipokine balance, changes in eating behavior and nutritional status in patients with erosive-ulcerative lesions of the esophagogastroduodenal zone, taking into account psycho-emotional and vegetative disorders caused by the effects of wartime. Research methods: questionnaire, clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, statistical. As a result of the study, it was found that 94.7% of the surveyed consider themselves severely affected by the war physically (31.6%), psycho-emotionally (36.8%) and/or financially (15.8%). 52.6% of the surveyed patients were diagnosed with a reduced level of stress resistance. In the presence of stress and nutritional factors, patients were 4 times more likely to have pronounced vegetative imbalance, 2 times more likely to have impaired carbohydrate metabolism, which was associated with atherogenic dyslipidemia and cytokine imbalance. The level of leptin and fibroblast growth factor 21 was increased regardless of wartime factors.
