Registration Date 14-03-2025 Organization Odessa National Medical University popup.description1 popup.description2  149 patients were examined: the main group consisted of 108 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) in combination with ischemic heart disease (ІHD), the comparison group included 41 patients with BA without concomitant ІHD and separately 20 practically healthy control individuals. The features of clinical and laboratory indicators and the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system were studied, and new approaches to restorative treatment were developed by introducing haloaerosol therapy (HAТ) and magnetolaser therapy (MLT) into treatment complexes (ТC), as well as their combination with Ivabradine or Nicorandil. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed ТCs for patients with BA in combination with ІHD showed positive results in ТC-1 – 68.41%; ТC-2 – 85.07%; ТC-3 – 87.86%; ТC-4 – 91.13%. Repeated courses of therapy, carried out 6-12 months after the first treatment, were effective. A significant (p<0.001) increase (in 1 year) in the long-term results of restorative treatment of patients with BA in combination with ІHD when using GAT and MLT was established.
