The work is aimed at developing technological solutions for the production of composite motor fuels from the domestic raw material base of waste and renewable sources to increase energy security (plastic waste, worn tires). The purpose of the work is to develop technological principles for obtaining and using composite motor fuels from renewable domestic raw materials to meet the energy needs of the transport sector and other sectors of the economy, as well as increasing the environmental security of Ukraine in the post-war period in the context of the Doctrine of Sustainable Development of Society. The main objectives of the work are: creating an analytical assessment of the potential for fuel production for the transport sector in Ukraine, developing a technology for obtaining alternative motor fuels by pyrolysis of polymer waste and worn tires, creating a roadmap for increasing the energy security of the state in the post-war period. The expected results of the project will allow to provide the needs of the domestic transport and defense complexes with their own energy resources, reduce the import of fuel and energy resources and solve the issue of recycling accumulated plastic waste and worn tires.
