Results. The general principles of organization of wireless telebiometric monitoring systems, features of use, advantages and disadvantages of sensor networks are defined. For the first time, for use in the field of occupational medicine, critical components of the infrastructure of the system of wireless monitoring of factors of the production environment and the functional state of the body of mine rescuers in real time have been identified, namely: an experimental bench has been developed and installed; the software project "SignalMonitor", which is stored on the GitHub service: HYPERLINK "https://github.com/NikolovNikolay1/SensorMonitor"; the types of sensors for monitoring the function of the circulatory system, breathing systems are defined; body temperature, blood saturation, motion and flexion sensors, sensors for monitoring environmental parameters: temperature and humidity of the air, concentration of carbon monoxide, oxygen; signaling, visualization and data storage system. Conclusions. The use of telebiometric systems and wireless sensor networks is an urgent scientific problem and a promising direction for the implementation of the system of professional selection in the units of the state paramilitary mine rescue (emergency rescue) service with scaling at other similar workplaces working in conditions with increased occupational risk.
