The system improves computational performance and accuracy in managing intelligent databases of digitalized industries by implementing an adaptive recommendation algorithm. A key feature of the system is the use of a modified singular value decomposition algorithm, which optimizes the processing of large datasets, increases recommendation accuracy, and reduces computational costs. A method for adaptive deployment of recommendation systems for industrial production has been developed, integrating an intelligent load prediction module and automated resource scaling. Experimental results confirmed a significant reduction in system response time and a substantial decrease in scaling costs. The proposed method enhances performance, ensures flexible resource management, and contributes to the economic efficiency of industrial information systems A generalized methodology for deploying private 5G Advanced networks in Ukraine has been developed, taking into account spectral regulation specifics, cybersecurity requirements, and quality of service assurance. The use of modern information technologies and artificial intelligence allows networks to be adapted to the needs of industrial enterprises, improving their flexibility and facilitating the digital transformation of production. A unique prototype of an information and communication system has been developed to enable testing and analysis of monitoring systems in controlled environments, minimizing risks for real infrastructure.
